We place a 25% charge for all add-ons (under 10 pieces) when you previously ordered 10+ pieces. A 40% charge is needed for orders under 10 pieces if you have not ordered at least 10 in your previous order.
Our minimum rush order fee is 20% and the turnaround time for rush orders is 15 business days from the day the order is put in, which is upon your payment. If your rush order is not delivered within 15 days, we will fully refund the rush order fee.
Our policy for returned products covers issues regarding misspelled names, missing items, rips and tears on fabrics or design concerns. Notify us of any need to redo your items within 7 days of receiving the products. Replacements are made in 15 business days.
Our warranty of 30 days covers all customized jerseys upon delivery. If there are any tears or defects on your item and these are documented, we will replace the item free of charge. After 30 days upon replacement, we will not be held responsible for damages to your apparel.
Szorro produces jerseys that follow the measurements on our sizing charts with a tolerance of +/-10%. All of our products follow the specified dimensions on the custom samples we provide. As such, we do not provide refunds for jerseys ordered in wrong sizes.
We select the colors for your uniforms using the provided Pantone color code selected in your specifications. Colors are printed depending on the weight and type of fabric we use. Thus we do not offer refunds for issues on color shades. Instead, we only refund items affected by obvious mistakes in color.
In making our jerseys, we see to it that they match your intended design. For accuracy, we request that you provide in writing and confirm in your design template the sizes of logos and numbers, graphics, outlines and other specifications. As such, we do not offer any refunds for design and graphics issues.
We have a turnaround time of between 20-25 business days or 2-3 weeks. Our turnaround time begins when the designs are confirmed and payment is made. There will be delays during production and Szorro is not liable for shipping time. As such, refunds will not be made for late orders.
An order is made once you provide payment unless there is a prior agreement with our account manager. We will enforce a cancellation fee for all cancelled orders to pay for our expenses, such as printing, fabrics, design and labor.
